Where it Began

In the year 2014 we arrived to this country with a suitcase full of expectations for our new life, and of course a world full of dreams, but most importantly full of confidence that could prosper against all odds and make it work no matter what.
We then started a small business of mobile food (trailers) trying to reproduce the business we already had in our native country of Venezuela.
During my childhood and teenage years I grew up in a restaurant, but not just any restaurant, the family business. From age 12 I learned from my grandfather to work and understand this industry, which is for our family, a way of expressing feelings, emotions and life experiences through each of our plates, which helps us transmit out love through the most basic means.
My family and I have built through the grace of God this family business, from its roots in 2017, when we opened our first steak food truck here in Las Vegas. We pioneered this concept of high quality food, where you can find a fusion of our Latin flavors, passed down thru generations, and with our own modern touch.
Through the years, with a lot of consistency and great support from our loyal customer base, we were able to open our first physical location, which has enabled us to reach a wider audience, and opened up a lot of doors for us. We will be opening new locations in Las Vegas and expanding to California, allowing us to set down roots and create a legacy for our family and children.
